Second Quarter 2025 Highlights
- Total revenue of $322.6 million, up 3.8% year-over-year.
- Gross profit of $76.9 million, up 0.7% year-over-year, with a gross margin of 23.9%.
- Net income of $34.6 million, up 28.1% year-over-year, with a net income margin of 10.7%.
Year-to-Date 2025 Highlights
- Total revenue of $594.5 million, up 5.8% year-over-year.
- Gross profit of $140.7 million, down 1.6% year-over-year, with a gross margin of 23.7%.
- Net income of $61.7 million, up 13.8% year-over-year.
Marketplace Performance
- GigaCloud Marketplace GMV increased 31.0% year-over-year to $1.44 billion for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025.
- Third-party (3P) seller GMV increased 32.5% year-over-year to $757.5 million, representing 52.7% of total Marketplace GMV.
- Active 3P sellers increased 24.9% year-over-year to 1,162.
- Active buyers increased 50.9% year-over-year to 10,951.
- Average spend per active buyer was $131,359 for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025.
