Three innovators in the event technology space recently unveiled AI-powered event technology solutions designed to transform how presentations are created, attendee engagement is enhanced, and networking opportunities are facilitated across the events industry.
Test New Hack for Creating AI-Powered Presentations
AI-powered presentations platform Chronicle has launched a public beta version that enables event presenters craft impactful, professionally crafted presentations without the need to wrestle with complex software or hire expensive design teams.
Designed to transform how professionals create and deliver presentations, Chronicle functions as an intelligent agent that collaborates with users on messaging, design execution, and narrative flow. Unlike conventional AI presentation tools that generate generic content, Chronicle acts as both a brainstorming partner and master designer for narrative and visuals.

Created to handle deep research, distill key insights, and ensure every element strengthens the presentation narrative, the platform’s design philosophy considers typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and motion.
Focused on audience engagement, it includes features like “Peek” and “Deep Hover” that allow presenters to manipulate focus by zooming in, highlighting, isolating, or focusing on specific content to ensure viewers stay engaged with what matters most.
“We’ve bottled up the storytelling and attention guidance secrets of great presenters and built them into Chronicle,” said CEO Mayuresh Patole, who co-founded Chronicle alongside Tejas Gawande. “Every template, layout, and widget has been designed to improve the audience experience and nudges creators to tell a story rather than simply dump information.”
He continued, “Our early adopters are creating their best decks in just 10 minutes instead of 10 hours. We built Chronicle not only to make stunning presentations at the speed of thought, more importantly, we want to eradicate bad quality presentations.”

According to the two self-described “presentation nerds,” Chronicle emerged from Patole and Gawande’s frustrations with traditional presentation tools.
“I was spending countless hours engineering solutions within traditional tools to achieve what should have been simple,” Patole said. “With recent advances in AI, we finally have the technology to build what I’ve been trying to hack together manually for years.”
Following a $7.5 million seed round led by Accel and Square Peg in 2023, Chronicle has continued to refine its product with input from a select group of beta users who have increasingly chosen it for critical meetings and speaking opportunities, he added.
The fully remote team of 10 operates across the U.S., India, and Australia, and has attracted thought leaders from organizations, including Apple, Google, Slack, Stripe, Superhuman, OnDeck, and Adobe.
“What worked in presentations a decade ago falls completely flat today,” Gawande said. “Modern audiences are trained by social media to expect information that’s visual, scannable, and high impact.”

NoteAffect launches AI-powered event-engage
NoteAffect, an AI-powered note-smart education technology for conferences, trade shows, and meetings, launched event-engage, an AI-powered learning experience designed to engage attendees before, during, and after sessions.
Designed to transform the attendee experience by making session content more engaging, accessible, and valuable with interactive AI notetaking, live multilingual AI captioning, and searchable recordings with AI transcription summaries, event-engage software uses the existing session room AV to broadcast live panel and presentation content to engage in-person attendees directly on their digital device. Attendees simply access event-engage through their event mobile app or by scanning a QR code.
event-engage AI-powered features include:
-
Interactive AI Notetaking: Attendees can highlight, annotate, favorite, and take notes directly on the content to facilitate real-time engagement during sessions, while AI captures any information they miss.
-
Live Multilingual AI Captioning: Makes sessions inclusive, allowing hearing-impaired, international, and all attendees to follow along and never miss a note, especially during panels.
-
Recordings with AI Transcription: Recordings featuring attendees’ personalized notes paired with AI-generated key takeaway summaries are easily accessible just minutes after the session, increasing content value and post-event engagement.
-
AI-Powered Engagement Analytics: Content engagement metrics identify the highest performing topics, segments, and sessions so organizers know exactly what to program and promote to gain and retain attendees.
The platform’s official launch follows dozens of live event deployments, organizer and attendee feedback, and event-specific finishing touches, according to NoteAffect officials.
NoteAffect CEO Jay Tokosch
“Exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees are all being more selective with their time and money, so they have high expectations when they show up in-person,” said NoteAffect CEO Jay Tokosch. “With event-engage, organizers can differentiate their session experience to ensure attendees choose their event instead of the seemingly endless options they have to get similar education online or at other events.”
ExpoPlatform Launches AI-Powered Speed Networking Solution
Event technology provider ExpoPlatform has unveiled NetWorks, a new AI-driven speed networking solution designed to create meaningful business connections at exhibitions and conferences of all sizes.

Released as a standalone product, NetWorks can be implemented without requiring other ExpoPlatform features, making it accessible to organizers across all industries and event sizes.
According to ExpoPlatform the launch follows a successful partnership with UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, to deliver speed networking sessions at three of its events. The Americas and European conferences saw meetings gain an average rating of 4.6 out of 5, with 89% of participants saying the matchmaking was highly effective.
Nick Dugdale-Moore, UFI Regional Director Europe, called the implementation “a terrific success” and described ExpoPlatform as the “exact partner you want.”
