The latest additions grow Jet Aviation’s US managed fleet and charter offerings under the company’s Part 91, Part 125 and Part 135 certificates.

Company expands staffing marketplace capabilities
Jet Aviation announced its career portal, Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace, has implemented 45 enhancements since launch in 2023. The company has continually been expanding capabilities to streamline the user experience for candidates and
operators. The enhancements include face and touch ID for mobile iOS app users, and enhanced user experience across candidate registration, job process flow, document sections and notifications. Employers also have access to advanced functionalities such as tracking and paying hourly employees through timesheet features, job and candidate filters for better reporting, and improved resource areas for customers to upload and share information with crew.

Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace is a digital staffing portal, bringing all aspects of the recruitment process into one centralised digital platform, including application review, tracking, contract, and payroll.

Launched in early 2023 for candidates, the staffing portal connects users to a network of qualified candidates, including those seeking full-time, part-time, and temporary roles. In March 2025, the company announced the integration of Staffing Marketplace with Avianis, allowing users to access directly from the interface platform, providing a unified solution that streamlines crew assignment, management and administrative processes.
