According to the World Bank’s Cybersecurity Economics Report for Emerging Markets, cybersecurity incidents in Latin America have grown by 25% in 2024 compared to the previous year and the average cost per data breach in the region is $2.76 million in 2024.

One of the main technological bets will be the development of dedicated 5G networks, allowing companies to optimize their internal communications with greater security and availability. These networks can also be integrated with hybrid technologies such as Starlink satellite systems, increasing efficiency and security.

On the other hand, TIVIT is implementing a new omnichannel platform for customer service, which will allow users to interact through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and other channels 24 hours a day. This solution, which will also be available to its customers, marks a step towards more modern and efficient customer service.

Likewise, the cybersecurity area will be strengthened with artificial intelligence, consolidating its role as a strategic partner in the prevention and mitigation of threats.

Another new feature for 2025 will be the expansion of SAP RISE services, which will include everything from migration and infrastructure management to basic applications and services, completing SAP’s offering with a comprehensive vision for customers. This approach will allow the company to position itself as a leader in business management solutions.
